Warranty Commitment Letter

1. From the date of product sale, a quality service tracking file will be established.Implement computer-controlled management, with three routine on-site inspections annually in the first year, two annually in the second year, and one annually thereafter (providing free maintenance, dust removal, repair or replacement of damaged parts during inspections, and reinforcing the equipment). Inspection and maintenance records will be kept, summarizing product usage and quality status, and soliciting customer feedback for timely improvement.

2. Our company promises the warranty periodFrom the date of acceptance and qualification, three years (if the state or the above technical parameters specify a longer free warranty period for goods, the agreed period shall prevail). All goods are free of charge for repair during the warranty period. The warranty service method is on-site repair, that is, our company is responsible for repair, replacement, or return, and bears all costs and safety responsibilities arising therefrom.

3. Our company promises to provide 24-hour year-round service during the warranty period., respond within 1 hour after receiving maintenance notice from the user unit (including phone calls), and dispatch capable maintenance personnel to the owner's site within 4 hours for handling. (If unable to arrive on time, the purchasing unit has the right to hire a qualified maintenance unit for repair, and the cost shall be borne by our company); general faults are completed within half an hour. During the warranty period, if the product cannot be used normally due to quality issues, we are responsible for free repair or replacement and bear the corresponding economic responsibility.

4. Our company promises that after the warranty period expires, we will provide spare parts and maintenance services at reasonable prices.When a fault occurs, our company will carry out repairs under the same requirements as during the warranty period and reasonably charge repair fees.

5. Our company provides "three guarantees" service for sold products: return, replacement, and repair.A. Return: If any quality problem is found or the product model does not match the tender product during acceptance, a return can be granted. B. Replacement: During the warranty period, if the user encounters any problem under normal use that makes the product unusable and unrepairable, our company promises to unconditionally replace it with a brand new product of the same style, specification, and material. C. Repair: Our company provides lifelong on-site repair service for sold products.
